| Architectural Review Committee |
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) oversees the activities of homeowners which would in any way affect the exterior appearance of their homes. Although minor landscape changes do not require their review, all major modifications, such as changing the exterior color scheme of a structure (including shutters and roofing), the addition of any hardscape such as sidewalks, patios etc, or the removal of any trees does requires the committee's review and approval PRIOR to the start of any such project.
