- The WPHOA owned speed signs update to meet Metro 25 mph regulations are scheduled to be completed on Tuesday, 4/30/24.
Do you need to report a situation that merits HOA Board attention? Submit a request (lower right-hand corner of the page) to the board. For those requests the board deems of common interest to other homeowners, brief updates may be posted in the streaming banner at the top of this page, on the home page (as just above), or for items requiring longer explanation, under the "HOA Bulletin-Current Issues" tab in the menu bar above. Be sure to check these for items you have submitted.
For action by Nashville Metro Services, check out your options under the "Service Links" tab above. You can access many relevant Nashville Metro Services at hubNashville. Nearly all the others (and there are many) can be found at Nashville.gov/services.
